1. Introduction & Definitions

ljbdt (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") operates an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legal agreement between you ("Member", "User" or "you") and ljbdt.

Some important definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

  • "Service" — All gaming, betting, and related services provided through the ljbdt platform.
  • "Account" — Your registered personal account used to access the Service.
  • "Balance" — The total amount of funds currently held in your account.
  • "Bonus" — Additional credits granted for promotional purposes, subject to specific conditions.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount of bets required to be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

We strongly urge you not to use any Service without first reading and understanding these Terms. If you have any questions, please contact our support team before you begin.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use the Service on ljbdt, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. We may request valid identification to verify your age at any time.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
  • Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
  • The account may only be used for personal entertainment — not for any commercial or third-party purpose.

We reserve the right to reject any registration request, particularly if inconsistencies are found in the information provided. Accounts opened with false information will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Management

3.1 Protecting Your Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Verification Process

ljbdt conducts identity verification to ensure safe and responsible gaming. We may require verification in the following situations:

  • Before your first withdrawal request.
  • For large-value transactions.
  • When unusual activity is detected.
  • When account details are being changed.

Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. We reserve the right to close accounts where verification is not cooperated with.

3.3 Updating Account Information

Any changes to your personal details (such as contact information or payment method) should be updated in your account without delay, or our support team should be informed. We are not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for deposits on ljbdt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.

Rocket is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All payment methods must be operated from an account registered in your name — transactions using another person's account are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a successful request, funds are generally sent to your designated payment account within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit.

  • Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal.
  • If an active bonus is present, funds linked to that bonus cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met.
  • Any withdrawal request suspected of fraud may be placed on hold pending investigation.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The responsibility for any applicable taxes, duties, or transaction fees lies entirely with the relevant member.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ljbdt provides bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳8,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in total bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

  • A bonus offer may be claimed only once per member, household, address, or device.
  • Bonuses are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
  • Any account found to be operated for the purpose of exploiting bonuses will be cancelled.
  • ljbdt reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer.
  • The time limit for meeting bonus wagering requirements is stated with each individual promotional offer.

6. Gameplay & Fair Conduct

ljbdt is committed to fair play and a transparent gaming experience. All games on our platform are operated under defined rules.

  • Game outcomes are determined by technology and cannot be altered by any party.
  • If an inconsistent result is displayed due to a technical error, it will be considered void.
  • If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a loss of connection, settlement will be made according to the saved record.
  • Playing the same game simultaneously across multiple accounts is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ljbdt platform. Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action:

  • Participating in any fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest activity.
  • Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
  • Using automated bots or software to play games.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor or facilitating their access.
  • Any action that causes harmful effects to the platform's software or systems.
  • Using an account for third-party interests or commercial purposes.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ljbdt

ljbdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or where an investigation is required. During the suspension, deposit, withdrawal, and gaming facilities will be unavailable.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If any valid balance remains at the time of closure, it will be returned subject to verification. For self-exclusion, please visit our Responsible Gaming page.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ljbdt will not be liable for the following:

  • Game losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Losses resulting from faults or security issues on the user's own device.
  • Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
  • Service unavailability during scheduled maintenance or emergency system updates.
  • Losses caused by the user's own provision of incorrect information or negligence.
